Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged or incorrect items (in rare cases) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
You will be required to provide clear proof (images/videos). After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange accordingly.
Important Requirement
Return or exchange claims for damaged products will only be accepted if you provide a parcel opening video.
Without this video, the claim will not be processed.
Why Limited Returns/Exchanges?
Since our collections are curated with high attention to quality and detail, and many items are limited edition or made-to-order, we are unable to restock or resell used or returned items.
